It’s the holiday season, and the requisite holiday decorations abound. One which you’ve probably seen, or been affected by is the mistletoe.

Not only does it suck the essentials of life out of its host, it also apparently sucks two people into kissing each other.
Granted, it has roots in historical traditions as a symbol of fertility, luck and blessing upon the couple kissing beneath it, etc… but couldn’t they pick something that doesn’t have vampiric tendencies as a “blessing” plant??
